We offer wraparound care on site through our Breakfast Club and After School Club for children attending the school during term time.

Times

Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am to 8.50am and After School Club runs from 3.30pm to 5.45pm, Monday to Friday during term time.

What we offer

Our provision provides a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can take part in a range of activities, as well as enjoy breakfast or a snack and drink.

Bookings and payment

• Bookings must be made in advance using the SchoolComms (Gateway) system, where sessions are selected and paid for at the point of booking.
• Payments can be made by debit or credit card, PayPal, pre-paid account balance or Government Tax-Free Childcare / childcare vouchers.

Childcare vouchers and Government Tax-Free Childcare

• Notification Form for Government Tax-Free Childcare and childcare voucher payments. MPPS WRAPAROUND CARE - Payment by Govt Tax Free Childcare Scheme and Childcare Vouchers – Fill in form
• The School Office will credit your child’s Breakfast Club or After School Club account once the form has been completed.
• Sessions are charged per booking and include food and drink. Refunds are not issued for missed sessions.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made through SchoolComms within the stated timeframes. Breakfast Club sessions can be cancelled up to 3 days in advance and After School Club sessions up to 7 days in advance.
